Abstract

Machine à hacher sous vide pour couper et mélanger des denrées alimentaires. Ce hachoir comporte une cuve mobile avec au moins un couteau monté sur un ou plusieurs arbres s'étendant au-delà du bord de la cuve avec un boîtier enveloppant la cuve et les couteaux, constitué d'une partie inférieure fixe et d'une partie supérieure amovible pouvant être placée sur la partie inférieure. La machine comporte un bâti qui porte les moyens d'entraînement de la cuve et des couteaux; le palier de l'arbre des couteaux est monté de façon à pouvoir tourner sans vibration sur le bâti; la partie supérieure ou couvercle du boîtier est montée sur un bras fixé au bâti, ce bras pouvant être déplacé verticalement; le boîtier enveloppant la cuve et les couteaux est constitué en tôle d'acier inoxydable de faible épaisseur. Le hachoir est destiné en particulier au traitement de la viande fraîche.
