Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine et un procédé pour doubler les draperies. Ladite machine comporte un support sur la surface plane duquel est étendu le tissu de draperie, une barre chauffante qui chauffe la partie du tissu à coller et des dispositifs de serrage qui maintiennent le tissu en position. Des première et seconde bobines sont destinées à distribuer continuellement la crinoline et un adhésif respectivement en position superposée de façon qu'ils adhèrent sur un guide avant d'entrer en contact avec le tissu. Une molette chauffe la bande de crinoline et exerce une pression pour liquéfier l'adhésif et lier la crinoline au tissu. Un couteau suit une piste en creux et découpe l'excédent du tissu et de la crinoline. Un convoyeur déplace la machine au-dessus du support le long d'un rail aérien. Application au doublage de draperies.
