Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif utile en particulier pour dénuder un fil blindé, ce dispositif comportant une première paire de mâchoires 16, 18 munies de lames s'étendant à peu près perpendiculairement à l'axe du fil et une seconde paire de mâchoires 20, 22 munies de lames s'étendant à peu près parallèlement à l'axe du fil. On appuie la première paire de mâchoires contre le fil de telle manière que les lames pénètrent dans la gaine isolante et on fait tourner le dispositif pour obtenir des entailles circonférentielles dans cette gaine. Puis on appuie la seconde paire de mâchoires contre le fil de telle manière que les lames pénètrent dans l'isolant et on déplace le fil à travers le dispositif pour obtenir des entailles longitudinales permettant d'enlever facilement la gaine. Chaque lame est située dans la face concave d'un bloc en V afin de centrer les lames sur le fil et limiter la profondeur de pénétration de la lame.
