Abstract
Dans des résidus de distillation à haut point d'ébullition ou à consistance de goudron de produits de réaction organique, on fait passer dans la solution contenant le catalyseur au rhodium, à haute température, et sous une pression normale ou élevée, un gaz d'entraînement qui entraîne pratiquement totalement les composants organiques, on dissout le résidu contenant le rhodium en concentrations importantes, hétérogène, dans un acide minéral, et on traite le composé de rhodium soluble dans l'eau ainsi formé, d'une manière connue, ou bien on l'utilise directement comme catalyseur dans une réaction d'hydroformylation. On utilise l'hydrogène comme gaz d'entraînement. Récupération de la totalité du rhodium.
