Abstract

Composition et procédé pour la détermination quantitative des phospholipides. La teneur en phospholipides dans un échantillon est déterminée quantitativement par transformation enzymatique du phospholipide en choline puis par la détermination de la quantité de choline. Application de ces compositions et de ce procédé pour déterminer la teneur en phospholipides dans le sérum sanguin humain normal et le sérum des malades.
