Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à des machines électrodynamiques. Des thyristors 28 sont substitués aux diodes classiques dans l'ensemble redresseur 16 d'une excitatrice sans balais d'une machine électrodynamique synchrone 10. Les gâchettes 52 des thyristors sont amorcées seulement en un point de tension faible du demi-cycle négatif des formes d'onde de tension d'induit polyphasée pour une désexcitation rapide et sont maintenues dans un état de conduction entière pendant le demi-cycle positif. Ceci permet d'utiliser des transistors à relativement faible courant nominal et rend inutile l'addition de composants pour accomplir une désexcitation rapide. Application : dispositifs d'excitation de machines électrodynamiques synchrones.
