Abstract
Conformément à l'invention on utilise une fonte grise contenant 2,5 à 3,6 % en poids de carbone, 0,3 à 3,5 % en poids de silicium, 0 à 0,2 % en poids de phosphore, 0 à 2,5 % en poids de cuivre, 0 à 3,5 % en poids de nickel, 0,1 à 1 % en poids de vanadium, 0 à 0,2 % en poids de chrome, 0,2 à 0,7 % en poids de manganèse, 0 à 0,1 % en poids de soufre, moins de 0,1 % en poids d'aluminium et moins de 0,5 % en poids de titane, le reste étant constitué par le fer et les impuretés dues à sa préparation, dont la portion de graphite est présente sous une forme lamellaire finement divisée ou nodulaire en structure perlitique, comme matériau pour la fabrication de chaudières pour de l'acide sulfurique concentré bouillant.
