Abstract

Procédé de fabrication en continu de monofilaments en polymères tels que polyamides ou polyesters, qui sont extrudés, etendus à la sortie des filières d'une tête de filage, puis refroidis dans un puits vertical de soufflage, recristallisés, humidifiés, le cas échéant conditionnés, étirés et finalement renvidés. On fait sortir les fils déjà recristallisés dans le puits de soufflage, latéralement à l'extrémité inférieure de celui-ci et on les amène directement à la machine à renvider.
