Abstract

Gouvernail pour bateau avec une hélice munie au moins partiellement d'une cage, avec un gouvernail auxiliaire relié à charnière au bord arrière du gouvernail principal, ce gouvernail auxiliaire étant relié à un mécanisme de service qui comporte une tige de poussée pouvant coulisser dans un manchon de guidage et qui, dans un plan à peu près perpendiculaire à l'axe du gouvernail, est relié à la coque du bateau de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un point de rotation situé en arrière de cet axe, ce gouvernail étant caractérisé en ce que le manchon de guidage est disposé sur le gouvernail auxiliaire de façon à peu près horizontale et presque parallèle à la surface du gouvernai, et que la tige de poussée est montée à rotation sur un axe disposé en arrière de l'axe du gouvernail, cependant que la tige de poussée a une longueur telle que la collaboration entre la tige de poussée et le manchon de guidage, dans le cas d'une déviation du gouvernail de 90 degrés ou davantage, s'exerce toujours aussi bien.
