Abstract
Procédé et appareil pour extraire de l'oxygène d'un liquide, notamment et de préférence de l'eau, tout en y ajoutant de l'anhydride carbonique, en mettant le liquide et l'anhydride carbonique gazeux en contact intime par contre-courant. On contraint le liquide, essentiellement pour lui faire absorber de l'anhydride carbonique, à circuler à tarvers une première zone de contact 6 à une température relativement basse t1 , puis à travers une seconde zone de contact 7 pour libérer de l'anhydride carbonique et de l'oxygène à une température plus élevée t2 , et enfin à travers une troisième zone de contact 8 en substance pour absorber de l'anhydride carbonique à une température t3 inférieure à t2 . Application notamment en brasserie et dans la fabrication de boissons douces.
