Abstract
Le procédé selon l'invention se distingue en ce qu'on ajoute à de l'aluminium pur (contenant par exemple, en poids, 0,05 à 0,1% de silicium et 0,1 à 0,25 % de fer) avant son formage, au moins deux éléments freinant sa recristallisation et donnant naissance à un point péritectique - par exemple Ti et Zr - dans la proportion de 0,05 à 0,3 % chacun. Ce procédé permet de diminuer le poids des corps de boîte en métal léger, réduits au four.
