Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de dosage d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps suivant la technique immunologique avec enzyme fixée, suivant lequel on utilise un anticorps ou un antigène particulier fixé par adsorption sur un support de verre qui convient pour l'antigene ou l'anticorps à doser, les résultats étant illustrés par une courbe d'étalonnage. Le procédé est préparé pour un dosage rapide non radiologique.
