Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel agent antitumoral et antileucémique et son procédé microbiologique de préparation. Selon l'invention, on cultive Staphylococcus epidermidis STF (Bikoken n degrés 3706) dans un milieu de culture nutritif contenant des sources de carbone, des sources d'azote et des sels inorganiques, on sépare la matière solide de la solution de culture, on concentre la solution résultante, on lave le précipité ainsi formé dans l'eau, on le redissout, on fractionne la solution en un certain nombre de fractions par des dispositifs de séparation, on choisit la fraction présentant une activité antitumorale, on concentre la fraction, on purifie encore la fraction et on sépare l'ingrédient actif. Doses d'administration : 3-100 mg/kg de poids corporel.
