Abstract

L'invention concerne un treuil à auto-serrage. Le tambour 9 du treuil est formé d'une seule pièce à sa partie supérieure avec une mâchoire rotative 28 définissant avec une mâchoire supérieure fixe 23 une gorge d'auto-serrage 32 dans laquelle une ligne ou un câble peut être placé lâchement. L'invention permet de simplifier la construction et l'utilisation des treuils, en particulier du type monté sur des voiliers pour tendre des écoutes.
