Abstract

La présente invention concerne des améliorations apportées à un palettiseur automatique pour produits solides faisant l'objet d'un brevet pnncipal. Elle a pour objet un dispositif selon le brevet principal permettant de déposer sur des palettes un nombre défini d'eléments ou produits solides 2 amenés sur une table fixe 6 à une table de tri 4, ledit dispositif comportant une aire de stockage sur laquelle les produits en excédent 9 sont poussés en attente avant d'être réintroduits sur la table de tri 4 en cas d'alimentation insuffisante de celle-ci, se caractérisant par le fait qu'une séparation est effectuée entre table de tri 4 et aire de stockage 6 au moment de la poussée des produits et que simultanément une guillotine IO vient s'insérer entre table d'attente et table de tri. Elle permet d'éviter les frottements entre produits à palettiser et produits en excédent et permet le guidage des produits et leur bon positionnement au moment de la poussée.
