Abstract

COOH groups are provided by the polyols used to produce the prepolymers. Colloidal urea-urethane polymers can form stable dispersions in the aqueous medium, even in the absence of substantial amounts of co-solvents, and these polymers are useful, for example, in producing coating compositions (fabrics , plastics, wood, metal, etc.) resistant to water.
