Abstract

L'invention concerne la construction au moyen d'éléments préfabriqués de bâtiments modulaires extensibles par adjonction latérale ou en hauteur. La structure comporte une ossature triangulée dont chaque noeud courant correspond à la jonction - bloquée par scellement - d'un pilier 10 fait de tronçons il, 12 alignés par leurs armatures 13, 14 avec trois poutres 20 a, b, c espacées de 120 degrés , qui portent une dalle de plancher/plafond 30 faite d'une chape 31 de béton coulé en place sur des pré-dalles 32 de contour hexagonal. Cette structure triangulée, contreventée par les parois verticales, n'est pas hyperstatique et donc auto-satable et exactement calculable.
