Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la détermination d'une substance immunologiquement active dans un fluide. Selon ce procédé, on utilise une matrice de gel inerte sur un support non-réactif, on applique une portion aliquote d'un échantillon du fluide sur le gel, on recouvre la zone d'application avec une solution contenant une substance à réaction inverse, on élimine les matières solubles n'ayant pas réagi et on observe les résultats de la réaction immunologique. Application à la détermination des substances immunologiquement actives présentes dans les fluides biologiques.
