Abstract

L'invention décrit un petit réacteur chimique transportable pouvant prélever et traiter du sang veineux d'un patient, ainsi que le procédé d'utilisation de cet appareil. L'appareil comprend un empilement de membranes semi-permeables maintenant dans des chambres séparées le sang et la matière permettant la dialyse. L'empilement est maintenu, de façon étanche, grâce à un seul boulon creux central, ce qui facilite un montage et un démontage rapides et complets. L'appareil peut être actionné par le patient ou par un moteur léger. Il fonctionne quatre à cinq heures par jour, sans gêner le patient.
