Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage pour café grillé. Cet emballage pour café grillé en grains ou moulu, hermétiquement ferme et sous vide, se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend un conteneur rigide présentant, sur une partie au moins de sa surface interne, un revêtement constitue essentiellement d'un solvant d'arômes de café sans goût ni odeur, ledit solvant étant choisi dans le groupes comprenant les glycérides, les cires, les paraffines, les polyesters, les polyéthers, les polysilicones et leurs combinaisons, ledit conteneur étant présent à raison de un à quatre grammes de solvant d'arômes de café pour 453,59 g ,de café grillé en grains ou moulu et le revêtement à l'état solide à une température inférieure environ à 23,88 degrés C. Application à la réalisation des emballages pour café grillé.
