Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une etoffe enduite. Selon l'invention, on tisse un fil ou un brin en une étoffe, on traite le fil ou le brin, avant ou après tissage, en appliquant un traitement thermique en 4 à un fil, brin ou étoffe thermoplastique pour amollir le fil ou le brin et on met le fil ou le brin 1 sous tension en 2, 3, pour déformer les filaments qui le composent et réduire ses espaces interfilamentaires, puis on fait adhérer une couche élastomère à chaque face de l'etoffe. L'invention s'applique notamment aux jupes ou bordures pour véhicules à coussin de gaz devant se déplacer sur l'eau.
