Abstract

Dans ce transporteur du type comprenant un tube dans lequel circule un câble sans fin qui porte des ailettes formant râcleurs et qui passent sur des poulies, on répartit aussi uniformément que possible les sollicitations de flexion imposées au câble lors du passage sur les poulies, notamment en evitant de les concentrer au niveau du point où le câble émerge de chaque ailette. Chaque ailette comporte deux manchons tubulaires tronconiques de grande longueur, la somme des longueurs de deux manchons adjacents 16a, 16b et de la moitié de l'épaisseur du disque 14a, 14b des ailettes correspondantes etant superieure à la longueur C du segment de câble 18a laissé nu entre deux ailettes successives. Les ailettes et leurs manchons sont de préférence faits d'une matière plastique souple (polypropylène).
