Abstract

L'industrie concerne l'industrie biochimique. Elle a pour objet des polyuréthannes contenant une protéine immobilisée de même qu'un procédé pour faire réagir la protéine avec un polyuréthanne prépolymère liquide à radicaux isocyanate terminaux, la quantité de protéine étant suffisante pour provoquer la formation d'un polymère solide contenant la protéine immobilisée. La protéine ainsi immobilisée est préférée pour la conduite de réaction entre cette protéine et une autre substance biologique.
