Abstract

Ce dispositif, placé à l'extrémité d'une perche, sert à la pose de fils électriques ou téléphoniques sur des poteaux équipés d'une console ou d'une potence perforée, par l'intermédiaire d'accessoires de suspension munis d'un crochet appelés << balancelles >>. Une tige montée coulissante parallèlement à l'axe de la perche porte une butée dont la forme correspond au profil inférieur d'une balancelle. Deux parties en saillie fixes, tournées vers la butée précitée, et dont la forme correspond au profil supérieur de la balancelle, sont séparées par une encoche dans laquelle prend place le crochet de la balancelle. Un ressort pousse la tige coulissante en direction de ces deux parties en saillie. L'invention permet la pose de fils électriques ou téléphoniques depuis le sol, en evitant toute ascension des poteaux.
