Abstract

Procédé de coulée en deux fois d'objets bimétalliques. Il consiste à disposer un élément métallique préformé solide dans un moule et à couler du métal fondu autour de parties de cet élément qui sont à découvert dans le moule. Celles-ci sont revêtues avant la coulée d'un alliage contenant du bore et compatible avec les métaux de l'élément et du métal à couler. Apres solidification du métal, l'objet composite résultant subit un traitement thermique à une température inférieure à la plage des températures de fusion de l'élément préformé ou du métal solidifié, de manière à provoquer une diffusion du bore dans l'élément et dans le métal solidifié et à réaliser ainsi une excellente liaison métallurgique. Application à la jonction d'éléments profilés d'une aube de turbine et de ses supports.
