Abstract
Un procédé pour la préparation d'un sel d'un acide monoalcoyl sulfurique secondaire. On sulfate, dans une zone de réaction de sulfatation, une ou plusieurs oléfines de C8 à C22 avec de l'acide sulfurique en présence d'au moins 15 moles %, par rapport aux oléfines, d'un ou plusieurs alcools secondaires de C8 à C22 ajoutés, on neutralise l'acide monoalcoyl sulfurique secondaire ainsi formé de manière à préparer le sel de cet acide, on récupère un ou plusieurs alcools secondaires de C8 à C22 à partir du produit de la réaction de neutralisation et on recycle l'alcool récupéré à la zone de réaction de sulfatation. Application à la préparation de détergents.
