Abstract

Machine vibrante pour la finition automatique de pièces usinées, notamment métalliques. Elle comprend un socle 1, une cuve de finition 2 oscillante, un générateur de vibrations placé dans un orifice 3, un convoyeur continu 4 monté sur la cuve et définissant un canal comportant un plan de base 6 et des nervures ou lames de séparation 7 séparant en plans de glissement superposés, de façon immédiate mais graduelle les granules abrasifs des pièces finies pour convoyer ces dernières à l'extérieur de la cuve et pour recycler les granules abrasifs, ce convoyeur 4 comprenant une partie principale 4a et un déflecteur 4b articulé à celle-ci et pouvant basculer pour se relever ou s'abaisser de façon à venir en contact par son extrémité libre avec le fond de la cuve, ledit convoyeur pouvant prévoir une rampe de déviation 17 et une fenêtre 18 dans le cas de granules abrasifs plus gros que les pièces traitées et portés par les lames 7 pour être recyclés en tombant à travers la fenêtre.
