Abstract

Dispositif permettant de changer en cours de forage tout ou partie de la couronne sans avoir à sortir le train de tiges. Il comporte un manchon aléseur 11, vissé sur le tube carottier extérieur en bout du train de tige. L'outil de forage est en huit éléments maintenus entre eux par des glissières en queue d'aronde. Les quatre éléments mâles 1, sont reliés à un manchon intérieur porte extracteur au moyen d'une biellette retenue dans un segment creux logé dans une gorge du manchon, porte extracteur. Ces biellettes, après une course dans une glissière, entraînent vers le haut des éléments mâles, qui en glissant le long des éléments femelles, referment la couronne. Ce nouveau cylindre plus petit peut donc passer à l'intérieur du train de tiges de forage. Forage et carottage continus d'où l'on extrait la carotte au moyen d'un tube intérieur sans sortir à chaque fois le train de tige.
