Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à ouvrir les câbles, notamment pour la récupération des métaux. Un câble 5 est pincé entre les surfaces externes adjacentes d'un galet d'entraînement 1 et d'un galet presseur 2. Le galet 1 comporte deux couronnes 7 et 8 garnies de dents 13 de part et d'autre d'une gorge 10, tandis que la surface externe du galet 2 est formée de deux troncs de cône juxtaposés évasés en sens inverses l'un de l'autre. Application : galet capable d'entraîner des câbles gras ou entourés d'une matière glissante.
