Abstract

L'invention concerne des perfectionnements aux batteries de piles photovoltaïques utilisables pour l'énergie solaire. Batterie de piles photovoltaïque il, 12, 13 comprenant : un substrat 10, une électrode inférieure, une première couche de sulfure de cadmium, une deuxième couche de sulfure cuivreux formant une jonction du type barrière avec ladite première couche et une électrode supérieure, ladite batterie étant caractérisée en ce que ledit substrat est en une céramique électriquement isolante et l'électrode inférieure est en une céramique électriquement conductrice réunie par fusion audit substrat. Ladite couche conductrice est facultativement revêtue avec un métal possédant une haute conductivité électrique. Application aux batteries de piles solaires.
