Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à couper une bande fibreuse 2. Ce dispositif comprend au moins une buse 3, 30 orientable, articulée autour d'un axe fixe 4, et manoeuvrée par un vérin 5. Cette buse projette un jet d'eau qui, par l'effet du pivotement, progresse transversalement au-dessus de la bande en coupant le plan de celle-ci. L'invention est en particulier applicable aux machines à papier, pour couper une bande de papier.
