Abstract

On fait réagir une première charge hydrocarbonée et de l'hydrogène dans une première zone d'hydrocraquage 2 en contact avec un premier catalyseur; on sépare l'effluent dans un premier séparateur 4 et on obtient une phase vapeur et une phase liquide; on fait réagir la phase vapeur et une seconde charge hydrocarbonée à plus bas point d'ébullition dans une seconde zone d'hydrocraquage 15 en contact avec un second catalyseur; on sépare l'effluent dans un second séparateur 17 et on obtient une phase vapeur et une phase liquide; on recycle une partie de la première phase liquide et de la seconde phase liquide vers la zone d'hydrocraquage 2 et on sépare une portion des phases liquides pour recueillir les distillats et les huiles lubrifiantes de base. Augmentation de la rentabilité et diminution de l'équipement nécessaire pour produire les huiles lubrifiantes.
