Abstract

Cage universelle à cassette pour train continu de laminage de poutrelles, à deux cylindres horizontaux et deux galets verticaux. Pour chaque cylindre horizontal elle comporte deux vérins hydrauliques de serrage associés chacun à une empoise et solidaires de la partie fixe de la cage; chaque vérin est équipé d'une servo-valve, d'un capteur de position et d'un capteur de pression. L'alimentation de chaque vérin est asservie par une boucle de régulation où la mesure du serrage est transformée en référence de position en fonction du module propre à chaque demi-partie supérieure ou inférieure de la cage. L'invention s'applique au laminage de poutrelles allégées à tolérances dimensionnelles rigoureuses.
