Abstract

L'invention est relative à un appareil pour nettoyer le porte-briques inférieur des portes de four à coke. Selon l'invention, le porte-outil ajoint à l'outil nettoyeur muni d'une arête racleuse horizontale est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe horizontal sur un dispositif porteur mobile et peut être poussé par une pression contre le porte-briques, un palpeur venant en position de travail s'appliquer contre le porte-briques et permettant, lors de l'éloignement du dispositif porteur, l'application de l'outil nettoyeur contre le porte-briques. L'appareil ne risque pas d'endommager le joint fragile de la porte de four à coke.
