Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé chimique nouveau utilisable à l'échelle industrielle pour la production de thiocarbohydrazide. Du thiocarbohydrazide est formé par réaction de sulfure de carbone avec de l'hydrate d'hydrazine dans une phase aqueuse contenant de l'hydrazine avec formation de dithiocarbazinate d'hydrazinium et le sel formé est ensuite décomposé thermiquement ; la réaction totale est conduite dans la liqueur-mère d'une opération précédente. Dans la première étape réactionnelle, le sulfure de carbone est injecté en dessous de la surface du mélange réactionnel qui contient déjà la totalité de la quantité utilisée d'hydrate d'hydrazine. Le thiocarbohydrazide est utilisé en grandes quantités comme produit intermédiaire par exemple pour la préparation de substances agrochimiques telles que des herbicides.
