Abstract

Bouchon de sécurité, notamment pour réservoir de carburant de véhicule automobile. Il est essentiellement constitué d'un élément supérieur de préhension obtenu par moulage d'une matière synthetique thermoplastique du type polyacétal jouant également le rôle d'enjoliveur, d'un élément inférieur moulé dans le même type de matériau que celui de l'élément supérieur, clipsé à ce dernier et présentant une cavité centrale dans laquelle est emmanché un clapet moulé en un élastomère synthétique résistant aux hydrocarbures, ledit clapet possédant un corps cylindrique creux, formé à sa partie supérieure par une cloison s'épanouissant de façon à former une lèvre qui prend appui sur les rebords de la cavité de l'élément inférieur, comportant en outre à son extrémité opposée un manchon tubulaire relié aux parois du corps cylindrique par des cloisons verticales, le tout constituant un siège pour une bille en acier inoxydable qui demeure centrée sur l'ouverture du manchon tubulaire Application aux réservoirs de carburants.
