Abstract

a. Procédé de traitement d'un gaz d'échappement de combustion contenant des oxydes d'azote. b. Ce procédé comprend une première étape d'élimination des oxydes d'azote qui consiste à traiter un mélange dudit gaz d'échappement, d'oxygène et d'ammoniac, en l'absence d'hydrogène ou en présence d'hydrogène, de manière à ce que le rapport molaire hydrogène/ammoniac soit inférieur à 10, à une température comprise entre 700 et 1300 degrés C, et une seconde étape qui consiste à ajuster le rapport molaire de l'hydrogène sur l'ammmoniac dans le gaz d'échappement prétraité à une valeur supérieure à 3 et à traiter le mélange gazeux à une température comprise entre 490 et 700 degrés C. c. Elimination des oxydes d'azote (éléments polluants contenus dans les gaz de combustion).
