Abstract

Pour éviter des pertes de chaleur on est amené à obturer les canons des cheminées lorsqu'elles ne sont pas utilisées pour le chauffage, mais on doit pouvoir les ouvrir soit pour l'utilisation en chauffage d'appoint soit pour les ramonnages soit pour une aération. La trappe présentée facilite ces opérations. Le cadre 3 peut être inséré par des ailettes, entre deux rangées de briques lors de la construction. La plaque mobile 1 est montée excentrée sur ses tourillons 2 ce qui fait que son propre poids la maintient en position fermée et que l'effort d'ouverture est réduit. La plaque 1 étant simplement posée, peut être facilement enlevée pour le ramonnage, la chaînette de commande permet une ouverture partielle Il existe une version permettant le montage dans une cheminée existante.
