Abstract
Le perfectionnement concerne une association d'hymécromone (méthyl-4 hydroxy-7 coumarine) et de l'acide chénodésoxycholique. La teneur en hymécromone est comprise entre 350 et 500 mg par prise et celle de l'acide chénodésoxycholique est comprise entre 20 et 300 mg par prise Dans le traitement de la lithiase biliaire le principe actif du médicament est administré à raison de 1 200 à 2400 mg d'hymécronome et 100 à 1000 mg d'acide chénodésoxycholique.
