Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de lubrifiants fluides à basse teneur en aromatiques par hydrogénation d'une coupe d'hydrocarbures ayant un point final de distillation >= 350 degrés C, une teneur en soufre comprise entre 1 000 et 3 000ppm ou <= 5 ppm en poids, sur un catalyseur au platine sur silice-alumine. Selon ce procédé, l'alimentation est introduite en continu dans un réacteur, après chauffage à la température de réaction désirée dans un échangeur et un four. L'alimentation est mélangée en continu avec un gaz riche en hydrogène constitué par un gaz de recyclage et un appoint Après séparation, le liquide est distillé dans une colonne dans laquelle est soutiré en fond le lubrifiant à basse teneur en aromatiques.
