Abstract

L'invention concerne divers perfectionnements de la cuve de vinification selon le brevet principal. La claie 2 est supporté horizontalement dans la cuve par les tiges 3a, 3b de verins hydrauliques 16a, 16b, qui permettent de deplacer verticalement la claie 2. Au cours de ces déplacements il se produit des échanges entre les parties de la masse liquide, qui sont situées respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous de la claie 2, à travers des tubes verticaux 14, traversant ladite claie 2, ce qui uniformise la température de la masse liquide et favorise sa fermentation.
