Abstract

Réactif de picrate alcalin pour l'analyse quantitative de la créatinine dans les fluides biologiques. L'interférence des constituants normalement présents dans le sérum ou l'urine est éliminée par l'addition de diméthylsulfoxyde, de préférence completé par un détergent daralcane-sulfonate, dans une méthode d'analyse cinétique. Application au dosage de la créatinine et de la créatine dans les fluides biologiques.
