Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant d'éliminer l'air contenu dans un liquide. Un récipient avec une soupape de purge sert à l'accumulation de l'air à éliminer. Une pompe retire le liquide du fond du récipient; des moyens de commande comprenant un détecteur de niveau de liquide et un détecteur d'admission de liquide servent à commander la soupape de purge et une soupape d'écoulement de manière à empêcher l'air de passer par l'orifice de vidange du récipient. Lorsque l'admission de liquide cesse, la pompe balaye le recipient Application : traitement du lait.
