Abstract

Torches et procédé pour l'élimination de gaz résiduels arrivant sous basse pression. La torche comprend un passage tubulaire dont une extrémité communique avec l'unité ou buse à effet Coanda du brevet principal, l'un des bords de la fente de cette buse étant contigu à la surface à effet Coanda. L'autre bord est formé par un volet souple pouvant être fléchi, dans des limites données, sous l'effet de la pression du gaz auxiliaire (vapeur d'eau ou autre gaz) pour modifier la largeur efficace de la fente. Le perfectionnement de l'addition réside notamment en ce que des organes, fixes par rapport à la buse, sont prévus pour diriger le gaz combustible basse pression dans le passage tubulaire lorsque la torche fonctionne. Application à l'élimination par brûlage de gaz résiduels arrivant sous basse pression en évitant notamment la production de fumées et la présence d'une flamme instable et bruyante.
