Abstract

Ce piège est du type comprenant deux mâchoires et un ressort. Un piège selon l'invention comprend un cadre 1 à peu près rectangulaire, une mâchoire fixe et une mâchoire mobile 4 qui peut se déplacer, le long des branches latérales 8 du cadre 1, vers la mâchoire fixe et en sens contraire. Le piège comprend un mécanisme de détente à palette 2 et la mâchoire mobile 4 est chargée par un ressort de compression 6 disposé dans un tube 10 soudé par un bout 10a sur la traverse 9 du cadre 1. Au moins la machoire mobile porte un garnissage 4b en matériau élastique et le bord avant 5a de la mâchoire fixe 5 ne porte pas arêtes vives. L'ensemble du piège est agencé de manière à limiter autant que possible les risques de blessure de l'animal pris dans le piège. Ce piège est utilisable pour des animaux de nombreuses espèces et tailles différentes.
