Abstract

Tube à rayons cathodiques qui comprend une ampoule en verre mise sous vide comportant un panneau frontal raccordé à une partie en entonnoir, ce tube ayant un système perfectionné de protection contre l'implosion, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une première bande d'acier 27 recouverte de matière plastique lisse, placée directement sur ledit panneau 13, encerclant ce panneau et mise sous tension afin de réaliser une compression périphérique de ladite ampoule, les extrémités de cette première bande de tension étant fixées l'une à i'autre, et une seconde bande d'acier 29 revêtue de matière plastique lisse, placée directement sur la première bande, encerclant cette première bande et mise sous tension afin de réaliser une compression périphérique de ladite ampoule, les extrémités de cette bande de tension étant fixées l'une à l'autre
