Abstract

Dans un premier temps, on forme le plastron par pressage d'un flan 3 en tôle entre un poinçon 1 et une matrice 2, l'une de ces pièces comportant un alésage 2a pour le formage ultérieur du collet du raccord. Puis, on entraîne en rotation cet ensemble à l'intérieur duquel est emprisonné le flan correspondant et on applique, contre le bord d'une ouverture 21 prévue dans celui-ci, une molette de repoussage 16 apte à former le collet contre la paroi interne de l'alésage 2a prévu à cet effet. Cette molette est montée librement rotative au bout d'un bras 14 engagé à travers un passage pratiqué dans l'autre pièce de pressage. Ce procédé et ce dispositif permettent de fabriquer, sur un tour automatique à repousser, des raccords de branchement comportant un collet de raccordement et un plastron de fixation.
