Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four-barbecue. Il est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte, en combinaison, un massif d'appui reposant au son; une chemise extérieure voûtée reposant sur le massi d'appui, en un matériau réfractaire ; un contre-feu intérieur métallique, également voûté, garnissant la surface interne de la chemise extérieure et écarte de cette surface pour ménager une lame d'air ; la chemise extérieure et le contre-feu intérieur étant percés en regard et de part et d'autre pour constituer d'une part une bouche frontale de chargement et de déchargement du four-barbecue, facultativement obturée par une porte amovible et, d'autre part, une ouverture supérieure d'évacuation des fumées, facultativement obturée à un degré variable et réglable, par des moyens de fermeture auxquels sont associés des moyens de commande.
