Abstract

Appareil médical permettant l'introduction à l'intérieur de la boîte crânienne d'électrodes, cathéters, etc., sans nécessiter l'ouverture de la paroi osseuse, grâce à un repérage radiologique précis. La précision de la position de la source est obtenue en utilisant un faisceau laser par la source X, et en réglant la position de ce faisceau par rapport à un repère place sur le cadre fixé au patient Ce réglage est contrôlé au moyen d'une double réflexion sur deux miroirs fixés respectivement sur la source et sur le cadre. Une caméra placée à côté de la source X permet d'effectuer le réglage à distance. Application à tout appareil exigeant une mise en position précise, et notamment aux appareils de stéréotaxie.
