Abstract

Produit industriel nouveau constitué par un bloc de fromage fondant Ce fromage a une forme sensiblement cylindrique et est constitué de trois masses 1, 2, 3 reliées l'une à l'autre, à savoir une masse extérieure 1 constituée par un cylindre creux, une masse intérieure 3 constituée par un cylindre plein, une masse annulaire 2 étant intercalée entre les masses précitées. Ce fromage se présente au moment de la consommation sous forme de tranches cylindriques dans lesquelles apparaissent les différents éléments constitutifs, l'élément central pouvant être par exemple sous forme d'apprêts, de saucisse, d'oeufs ou de chocolat
